Long Awaited

It has been a while since I last posted to the blog. Much has happened: a trip up north to see family and friends, sitting unsupported, me going back to work, Eliana starting school (well, baby school), and a trip to the west coast of Florida for Labor Day.

19 Weeks and Counting...

Eliana has been a busy little bee lately... the March of Dimes Walk, Mother's Day, a trip on a plane to California, swimming, and last but not least eating cereal for the first time. (The pictures are all out of order and I am getting annoyed trying to arrange them!)

Four Months Old!

My sweet baby girl is now 4 months old :) We did the March of Dimes walk this morning and then tomorrow is our first Mother's Day - quite the busy weekend! Eliana smiles a lot, loves kicking the musical foot thing on her playmat, and is getting better at tummy time these days. We have been visiting the beach often, which I absolutely love! Hopefully we will get into a pool someday soon :) At her check-up yesterday she weighed 14 lbs, is 23 inches tall, and her head circumference is 15 cm (I won't mention the percentiles of all that).

14 Weeks Old

We've had a lot happen in the past 3 weeks. Eliana's 3 month birthday, Passover, visitors, new outfits, and some new toys! She likes to take baths and is very talkative afterwards. Her favorite songs are "The Itsy Bitsy Spider" and "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes." She's also very interested in Lucy and Mabel - who lick her every chance they get!

11 Weeks

Baby Girl is now 11 weeks old and weights about 11 pounds :) She just started sleeping about 9 hours at night, which Dave and I are incredibly grateful for! We had a visit with cousin Sally last weekend, in from California with Bryan. On Monday we met Monique and Baby Ethan at Sawgrass Mills Mall. We also visited Uncle Buppy and Uncle Billy last night - Eliana fell asleep right on Billy's chest, very cute. Most days we hang out with our friends Mary Kate and Eli and/or Nicole and Sophia - I need to start taking more pictures with them!
